CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Zumba: Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Flow Yoga: Join Christine for a 60 minute yoga flow practice that includes sequences to build your strength and to balance both your mind and body. This is an all levels class.

Restore Yoga: Restorative yoga is a healing practice that focuses on restoring the nervous system. The use of props supports the body's natural alignment so the student can achieve a decrease in cortisol, spinal alignment, an opening of the muscular system and energy centers. This practice is deeply healing to the subtle and physical body. Restorative yoga is suitable for everyone. It quiets the mind and allows the nervous system to rest while supporting the optimization of the mind.

Adult Ballet: New to ballet? That's ok! This class is for those who want to dip their toe in ballet OR be more challenged. Either way you'll get a great workout. Ballet will help with general fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for learning ballet essentials for the first time or reviving and refining your skill in a nurturing and non-judgmental environment. Appropriate for true beginners through beginner intermediate students.

Family Yoga: Bring the family together for a 45 minute yoga class that will incorporate simple poses and emphasize the connection between mindfulness and movement. Introduce your family members to the experience of yoga and grow together.
